Steps to Janitorial Franchise Ownership
At 360clean, we've created a simple step by step process for business ownership. These 6 steps will help us determine if the 360clean Franchise Opportunity is the right fit for both you and 360clean.
Step #1: REVIEW & PRE-QUALIFICATION
Review our website so you can get an in-depth look at what it means to own a 360clean franchise and all of the benefits of our industry leading training & support. To prequalify, please consider the following prequalifying questions:
1.) Do you have a minimum of $25,000 to invest?
2.) Do you have a desire to start the business full-time or transition to the business in a full-time capacity within 12 months of opening?
Step 2: ZOOM MEETING WITH OUR CEO
Schedule an online Zoom Meeting with Barry Bodiford, our Founder & CEO. In this online meeting, Barry will present details about the 360clean franchise opportunity and answer your questions.
Step 3: Application & FDD REVIEW
Once you complete the Franchise Application, we will provide you with the fDD. The Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) is a document that provides you all details about our company and the franchise opportunity. We will schedule a call to review the highlights of our FDD and all questions you may have.
Step 4: VALIDATION CALLS
This will be an opportunity to speak with our franchisees about their experiences with 360clean. You will be able to connect personally with our franchise owners, get a better understanding of how they operate their business and their opinions of the business.
Step 5: MEET THE TEAM
This is a great opportunity for you to meet with our Leadership Team from the 360clean National Support Center and get answers for all of your questions. We take pride in creating a two-way relationship based business, so it's always great to put faces to names!
This meeting will take place over a Zoom meeting.
Step 6: SIGNING & BUSINESS LAUNCH
Congratulations and welcome to the 360fam! In this final step, you will sign your agreement and will then provide you with the training, coaching and ongoing support you need to launch and develop your franchise.
