360clean Visits Spartan Chemical Company
A group of 360clean franchisees recently visited the Spartan Chemical headquarters and their training center.
Martin Mascio, VP of Franchise Operations, makes it his top priority to provide our franchise owners with all the tools necessary to enhance the growth and success of their business. Last week Martin and a select group of franchise owners visited the Spartan Chemical's Headquarters for a series of training workshops. Read along to see what Martin has to say about this experience!
"This month, a select group of franchise owners and myself traveled to Maumee, Ohio to visit Spartan Chemical’s Headquarters & manufacturing facility for a Floor Care Workshop," Says Martin. "Everyone who was in attendance left the two day training with not only additional knowledge and certification in floor care, but real world techniques to apply in the field on actual job sites."
Martin continues, "Their training facility was the most impressive training environment I have seen as a Building Service Contractor. I can’t express the added appreciation we all had for this first class company, which solidifies why Spartan Chemical is our preferred vendor for chemical needs. All franchise owners in our organization have a dedicated Spartan Chemical Regional Manager that can act as a consultant when needing to determine the best chemical for each job, but are also able to troubleshoot a new environment/situation the franchise owner may not have encountered. As 360clean continues to grow the brand nation wide, we will keep building onto this relationship to provide our customers with expert insight as it relates to their facilities needs."
