360clean Support Team visited franchise owners Wendy & Steven Ward in Charleston, SC.
Martin Mascio, VP of Franchise Operations, recently visited with Wendy and Steven to get a personal look at his business and some of the facilities they service. Martin is dedicated to the growth of each and every franchise and makes it his mission to provide top notch support.
"I was able to spend time with Wendy and Steven in the field last week. This was a much different field visit compared to the others as we shared some higher level conversations about their goals of growing in the brand," Said Martin. "They are in the planning stages of hiring a #2 to oversee their operations which will allow them to step back from working in their business and focus on working on their business and continued growth."
Martin continues, "It was also great to bounce ideas on how to go after some low hanging fruit through their current networks… it’s all about timing! Very proud of their accomplishments and dedication to the process!"
Wendy and Steven have had great success since their start in January 2017 They have grown their business to the point of needing the support and resources to evaluate and plug in an Operations Manager to help get their business to the next level and are fully dedicated to breaking through those goals. We are proud of all they have accomplished thus far and look forward to what they will achieve in the future!
