Columbus, OH Field Visit

360clean Support Team visited franchise owner Rita El Gani at her Columbus, OH franchise.

 

Martin Mascio, VP of Franchise Operations, recently visited with Rita to get a personal look at her business and some of the many areas she services. Martin is dedicated to the growth of each and every franchise and makes it his mission to provide top notch support.

"Rita is a multi-unit franchise owner with 360clean, and has a total of 3 different markets. She currently covers a large footprint in her Ohio territory, and I was very impressed to see her in action from handling her customers and vendors as well as engaging with her team members to meet customers' expectations," Martin says. They were able to visit a few of the medical offices she services and were able to work in the Botanical Gardens that she services in the heart of Columbus. "She has given this customer her knowledge and experience as a BSC and has slowly taken over certain housekeeping duties to allow their staff to focus more on the facilities/maintenance responsibilities," Martin says. "In this second stage of this transition, she is deep cleaning the tile & grout to bring the overall appearance back to how it looked when originally installed." 

Rita has been a great asset to the 360clean brand and is eager to provide support to her fellow franchise owners. "I look forward to her continued growth not just within this existing customer, but in her business as a whole," Says Martin. "Rita is a great person all around, which makes her success as a 360clean franchise owner come natural. She gives a roadmap to all that wish to someday become a multi-unit franchise owner and is a big piece to the 360clean culture."

On a separate occasion, Lisa Morgan, VP of Business Development, was able to fly out to Columbus, Ohio to meet with Rita El Gani. 

“Being that Martin typically is the only Support Center employee to do field visits, it was an amazing opportunity for me to actually attend a field visit,” says Lisa. “I was able to connect one on one with Rita and really dive deeper into not only a professional relationship but also personally connect with her.”

Lisa and Rita enjoyed dinner at The Guild House, located downtown Columbus, and spent the next day driving to and from multiple accounts where Rita was able to introduce her contacts for each facility. “I was so impressed with how Rita managed her relationships with all her facility contacts. It truly showed that she cares about her business, and she doesn’t view her service as a transaction, but more as a two way relationship,” says Lisa. “It was also nice to be on the other side of marketing. I’m normally just the person behind the marketing emails and phone calls, trying to connect with the decision makers of these commercial properties for our franchisees and schedule a walkthrough to provide a janitorial quote. But it was nice to actually meet some of these people face to face, get a glimpse of their daily tasks and see janitorial services from their perspective.”
