360clean Named of the Top 50 Franchises for Women by Franchise Business Review
Independent Survey Shows Franchise Owners Are Highly Satisfied with 360clean’s Performance
June 2022 – 360clean was identified by Franchise Business Review as being one of only 50 franchises to qualify as a 2022 Top Franchise for Women.
360clean was built by a family that is focused on helping other families achieve their same dream of business ownership. 360clean has come a long way since it was founded as a part-time janitorial service company in 2005 by Barry Bodiford and Allison Bodiford, a full-time pharmaceutical industry employee at the time of the company’s beginning. When the company was incorporated in 2005, 360clean employed only a half-dozen employees and serviced 3 customers. Today, that start-up corporation is the innovative leader of the janitorial service industry and services customers in various markets throughout the United States with the goal of being nationwide in the upcoming years.
Franchise Business Review (FBR), a franchise research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only rankings of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes its rankings of top franchises in its annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises, as well as in quarterly reports throughout the year that rank the top franchises in specific sectors.
360clean was among 267 franchise brands, representing over 8,000 female franchise owners, that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research on the Top Franchises for Women. 360clean’s franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training & support, financial opportunity, and work/life balance.
“Franchising provides many options to women seeking business ownership on a full- or part-time basis,” says Michelle Rowan, President and COO of Franchise Business Review. “There are thousands of different franchise opportunities available, so it’s important to examine feedback from other female franchise owners on how well the franchise meets their expectations in terms of support, work/life balance, financial opportunity, and other key areas of business ownership before making the leap. When you look at the brands on this year’s list of the Top Franchises for Women, a whopping 88% of women said they enjoy owning and operating their own business, making them all excellent options for women looking to make the transition to owning and operating their own business.”
“Validation is a huge determining factor when it comes to finding the right franchise opportunity, so to be classified as a Top Franchise for Women for 2022 is a huge honor,” says Lisa Morgan, VP of Business Development of 360clean. “Women do their due diligence, research, and look at the data. And for our data to show that the women of 360clean are happy, successful, and would recommend this opportunity to other women is amazing. The 360clean Support Center goes above and beyond to support our business owners, so it’s very rewarding to see the data from our actual franchise owners proving that 360clean was the right choice for them.”
