360clean Support Team visited franchise owner Tariq Shaw in Roanoke, VA.
Martin Mascio, VP of Franchise Operations, recently visited with Tariq to get a personal look at his business and some of the many areas he services. Martin is dedicated to the growth of each and every franchise and makes it his mission to provide top notch support.
"This week I visited one of our new territories that was just recently opened last year by Tariq Shaw," Says Martin.
"In just a year Tariq has worked extremely hard to establish the foundation to his young business. From day one he embraced the brands established processes and culture to achieve his goal for year one! He continues to better himself and take great pride in providing his clients the best customer experience. I look forward to see his continued growth and achieving the goals he has laid out."
Tariq has had great success since his start in June 2021 and has been a great addition to the brand. His desire to learn and grow from fellow franchise owners has helped him reach many milestones just one year in. “I appreciate everything you all do to make sure your Zee’s are setup for the most success possible," Says Tariq. "Nothing goes unnoticed!"
